Adecco is currently hiring 3 Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to start immediately for our client located in the East end of Ottawa. This is a contract opportunity with possible extension depending on business needs and performance. 
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. There are 3 shift openings available ranging from 10am - 6pm, 12pm to 8pm and another for 9am to 5pm. Flexibility is preferred as these hours could change based on business needs. The hourly rate of pay is $17. All suitable candidates must either possess an Active Reliability Clearance or be eligible for one.  

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Roles and Responsibilities: 
•    Upselling and cross selling Corporate Products and Services
•    Handling incoming or outgoing customer calls and email communications and handling customer complaints and inquiries
•    Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges
•    Working to resolve problem shipments, resolve equipment and technology challenges
•    Responsible for order management, account inquiries, customer queries or support issues 
•    Data entry of orders, returns and/or inquiries in designated systems 
•    Daily interaction with diverse customer base. 
•    Updates systems daily with inquiry detail and status tracking and trending purposes 
•    Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight
•    Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control
•    Communicating in a positive manner with Head Office, local management, Drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and other Corporate partners orally and in writing
•    Complete necessary management reports as required 

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements:

•    Bilingual (French and English) 
•    Demonstrated experience in Customer Service 
•    Excellent Attendance Record (Attendance Management Policy) and adheres to company policies 
•    Excellent communication skills both oral and written 
•    Excellent Organization, reporting skills and attention to detail 
•    Team orientated and dependable 
•    Demonstrated knowledge Microsoft Windows: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/ Access an asset 
•    Demonstrated knowledge of SAP would be an asset
•    Demonstrated ability to define problems and collect data 
•    Demonstrated ability to establish facts and draw valid conclusions 
•    Demonstrated ability to provide Customer / Vendor communication (oral and written) in a fast paced and time sensitive environment 
•    Demonstrated ability to answer calls from various CPC customers, taking down the information on their order, inquiry and /or return in an accurate and detailed fashion for trouble shooting purposes. 
•    Minimum 1 year of experience
•    Strong data entry skills are required
