PLEASE NOTE - this 6-month direct hire contract opportunity will be a work from home position that requires you to have a strong internet connection. Working hours will be full-time but will rotate on shifts between 8am and 8pm; you must be able to work shifts each day, Monday to Friday EST (if you are in another time zone, you must still be able to work shifts from 8am-8pm EST)

 

Some of the responsibilities for the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Canada may include but are not limited to:

 

·        Answering high volume inbound calls through various technology mediums; providing high level customer service to internal and external clients

·        Assisting with questions, inquiries, supporting issues and concerns

·        Taking detailed notes; high level listening skills and providing details support regarding investments/strategies

·        Ensure follow up and full follow through of the customer engagement; escalating where needed and in a timely manner

·        Additional tasks as assigned

 

Some of the required qualifications for the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Canada may include:

 

·        At least 6 months experience in the financial or related industry in customer service, call center or related 

·        Completed post-secondary education is required; open to recent graduates with some related experience (co-op, intern, summer jobs etc)

·        Bilingual - highly developed and clear English and French communication skills; oral and written

·        Strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills; deadline oriented

·        Must possess a keen, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude for learning and when interacting with customers

·        Strong technical abilities to work in a virtual setting; this includes strong typing/reporting skills and ability to learn new systems with ease
