Our client a consulting company is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Services Representative in  Mississauga and Markham, ON. The Bilingual Customer Services Representative must be Bilingual in French and English. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative must be able to deal with sensitive matters with compassion and understanding. Our client is the world's leading talent development and transition company. 
This role pays $23.00 per hour and is a 6+ month contract. 
Customer Services Representative Responsibilities: 
- Demonstrate knowledge of programs, features and benefits. 
- Provide professional and timely follow up to all client and individual inquiries. 
- Manage individual expectations by clearly communicating the next steps and timing. 
- Meet and/or exceed established engagement rate KPI metrics. 
- Adhere to established outreach protocols. 
- Accurately and properly document engagement efforts in CRM system.
Customer Services Representative Responsibilities: 

- Bilingual French and English is a must
- Customer service skills, nice to have previous call center experience 
- Strong communication skills – verbal & written
