Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Our client located in Toronto is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager for a temporary to permanent role. This exciting opportunity is with a company that specializes in a digital auction platform. To qualify for this role, you MUST be bilingual in French. The pay rate for the role is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. This is a remote role open to applicants anywhere in Canada.
Responsibilities:
Answers customer inquiries and develops and maintains policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service
Responsible for providing detailed reports of customer service calls
Works closely with support platform and maintains and builds online support tools and documentation
Aids with customer inquiries related to technical support and arbitration and handles auction related questions and problems
Creating customer accounts and updating customer records
Clarifying customer inquiries related to product and service problems and efficiently provides solutions to correct issues
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in French and English
2+ years’ experience in customer service and support
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent time management and organization
Experience in automotive industry considered a strong asset
Must be tech Savvy
