We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to join the National Sales team. The CSS performs day-to-day coordination of service delivery for an assigned account and monitors fulfillment rates ensuring that the needs of the account are fulfilled and that expectations are exceeded.

The ideal candidate has three (3) years’ experience within a customer service or operational role. They are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience, understand our field operational processes and have strong analytical skills. In this role candidates can expect to be in front of the customer, coordinating with field and central delivery teams, compiling reports and participating in business reviews.

This position is a remote work opportunity and the ideal candidate must be bilingual (French/English).

Bilingual Customer Success Specialist Job Functions:


Acts as a single point of contact for an assigned customer account to provide support related to orders, requisitions, authorizations, and purchase orders.



Receives customer orders and distributes to the appropriate delivery channel (field branch or Centralized Delivery team).



Maintains and adheres to all new and established operational procedures that affect customer service delivery to ensure the account is operationally compliant and utilizing Adecco’s technology to its full capacity.



Audits and analyses Associate files in the Associate Tracking System to ensure full compliance with customer contract requirements. Ensures poor results are communicated to the Customer Success team and that procedures are implemented for improvement.



In collaboration with the Customer Success team, participates in customer retention strategies and activities including coordination of mail-outs, seminars, participation in customer specific events, etc.



Using various reporting methods and tools, creates monthly snapshot customer reports, ad-hoc customer reports and contributes to Business Reviews.



Participates in quarterly and annual customer business reviews for assigned account.



Ensures the Adecco DSO goals for the assigned account are met. Liaises with the Associate Pay/bill team and the customer to ensure invoices are processed correctly.


Bilingual Customer Success Specialist Requirements:


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Three (3) years’ experience within a customer service or operational role.
Bilingual (French/English) is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers, and with varying levels of staff and management.
Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required.
Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
