Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual – Customer Service Representative (French / English) in London ON. We are looking for individuals with previous call centre experience, good technical skills and strong communication. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1- year contract position paying starting at $18.85/hour.
Bilingual – Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Respond to a variety of customer calls/emails
Single point of contact for technical support and general queries (including password, hardware, software, e-Messaging, etc.)
The primary accountability of this position is to provide first level technical support
Accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
Bilingual – Customer Service Representative Skills:
Excellent written and oral English and French skills
Ability to work flexible schedules
Above average computing and technical skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous financial / banking background is an asset.
