Key responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service job opening in Markham, ON may include but are not limited to:

Manage high volume inbound calls from customers, both in French and English – these can include general information calls, questions, concerns, updates etc.
Respond to email inquiries and updates in a professional and efficient manner, both in English and French
Process customer orders and advise on promotions and other details beneficial to the client
Maintains a customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes
Determines customers’ needs with strong response handling including referring to other departments as needed
Provide advice and guidance to customers relating to service

To be considered for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Markham, ON, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Complete, fluent and excellent communication skills in both French and English language, and both written and spoken in these languages
Ability to meet deadlines and control multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving and decision making skills (at times being able to think on your feet)
At least 6 months+ experience in a similar role; preference give to those with corporate customer service or call center experience.
