Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Estates Representative in Mississauga, ON. This is a customer-facing role responsible for coordinating the settlement of Estates in conjunction with Estate Beneficiaries and/or Authorized Representatives, with strong retention and sales components.
This is a 1-year contract with a pay of $21.00 per hour.
Flexibility to work daily and weekly rotational shifts within the hours of operation:
Mon – Fri 7: 00 AM  - 11:00 PM
Saturday:  7:00 am - 7:00 pm,
Sun 10:00 AM – 7: 00 PM 
Bilingual Estates Representative Responsibilities: 

- Work collaboratively across  personal banking operations businesses and various enterprise partners
- Be the first point of contact for customers and business partners in the Estate process
- Support with documentation regarding legislative and provincial rules and regulations
- Develop excellent customer and partner relationships
- Coordinating Estate disbursements
- Secure sales and customer retention
Bilingual Estates Representative Qualification :
- Bilingual in English & French 
- Nice to have banking experience/ Call Centre experience
- Must be able to deal with sensitive situations in an empathetic manner while driving results through needs analyses
- Strong relationship management skills are required
- Strong knowledge of Estates process to guide customers & business partners through the Estates journey
