Bilingual Event Project Manager

Adecco is currently looking for an Event Project Manager in Mississauga, ON. To be considered for this role you must have 3-5 years of in person events management experience and digital event management experience, applicants must be Bilingual (English/French).

Our client is a large multinational technology corporation and within this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and using your expertise in digital event management, also working with stakeholders to ensure things are running smoothly.

This is a 10-month contract position and has a pay rate of $28.19 per hour, in Mississauga. It has the possibility of contract extension.

The Event Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • This is a high paced and high energy role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Digital Event Management
  • Managing the budget and timeline of the projects assigned
  • Working closely with Stakeholders to ensure projects are running smoothly, also attending Stakeholder meetings
  • The Event Project Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 3- 5 years of in person Events Project Management experience and Digital Event Management experience/understanding/knowledge
  • Highly organized with agency experience and stakeholder management
  • Communications or Marketing background
  • Bilingual – English & French Canadian
