Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrator Assistant for a 12-Month contract with possibility of renewal with our Client in Ottawa, ON.

The Administrator Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities will include arranging meetings and communications with partners, including international partners, managing schedules, arranging travels, preparing reports, including financial reports, preparing work contracts and proposals, proposing administrative processes, and coordinating events
  • Organize in time a series of actions or events in order to achieve an objective or a project. Plan and organize own work and priorities in regular daily activities
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative to suggest improvements and encourage positive results. Be proactive and self-starting. Show availability and willingness to go above and beyond expectations whenever possible
  • Reflect a positive attitude, demonstrate competence and professionalism, treat members of the community with respect, exercise care, devote full attention and find solutions
  • Cooperate and work well with other members of the team to reach common goal. Accept and give constructive feedback. Adjust own behavior to reach team goals

The Administrator Assistant must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in administration, office automation or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrated in a similar role
  • Bilingual
