Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full time (Monday - Friday) Bilingual Executive Assistant in Saint John, NB 

Bilingual Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide senior administrative support to the Chair and Chief Executive Officer
• Ensuring materials are properly briefed and prepared for external meetings
• Organizing the Chair & CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating arrangements and resolving any conflicts
• Organizing/distributing agendas and materials for the various committees and staff meetings 
• Taking/organizing and distributing minutes at various meetings
• Preparing and editing reports and proofing documents
• Assisting with preparation for monthly Commission/Committee meetings
• Organizing meetings for conferences hosted by the Commission, as required
• Preparing materials for the Chair and the ED of Securities for their bi-weekly PCC meetings (CSA)
• Participating on projects/initiatives as required
• Liaising with other executive assistants in government, CSA and other companies 
• Organizing all travels and conference registrations for the Chair and CEO
• Co-ordinate documents for Crown Corp binder
• Provide office management to the Commission 
• Assigning and tracking alarm PINs for new employees in Saint John with Department of Transportation and Infrastructure
• Liaising with Quality Sound and Alarm (QSA).
• Maintain and provide support for the Office of the CEO 
• Creating files/records as required and making appropriate additions to indexes for the Office of the CEO
• Backup to the IRM Coordinator in her absence 


Bilingual Executive Assistant Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills and initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be reliable and able to multitask 
• Excellent communication skills 
• High attention to detail
• Experience with office management            
• Must be reliable and flexible to be able to meet crucial deadlines
• 5-7 years' experience as an administrative assistant; with 2 - 3 years' experience as executive assistant to senior or executive level management
• Completed post-secondary specialized administrative assistant training or two years university
• Familiarity with legal, accounting and securities terminology would be an asset
• Knowledge of the securities industry and its regulatory framework would be an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages (written and spoken);
