Adecco is currently hiring a temporary to permanent full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (FR/EN) to work for our client located in Toronto, ON.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in helping investors achieve their retirement and other life goals. You will take great pride in ensuring all requests received from Advisors and Dealers are handled with the highest level of care.

·       Location: Toronto, ON  | Hybrid | 3 days onsite, 1 day remote

·       Shifts: Monday to Friday | between 8:00am – 8:00pm (EST) | 37.5hours per week

·       Job type: Temporary to Permanent position | Full-time

Responsibilities:

·       Provide premium customer service to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound call centre.

·       Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their clients’ short-term and long-term investment strategies.

Qualifications:

·       Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

·       College Diploma or University degree required

·       Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written)
