    What you bring:

  • Bilingual - French and English, (read, write, speak)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient skills in MS office suite
  • Exceptional customer service experience of at least 2+ years

    Requirements:

  • Bilingual - must be fully bilingual in French and English (read, write, speak)
  • MS Office - all suites including Excel (set formulas and programs)
  • Flexibility (adjust based on task)/ Multitask/Critical thinking
  • Strong Communication Skills - communicating with partners, verbal and written skills
  • Administration background - able to work in a changing environment, work through administrative tasks, documentation
  • 2-4 years related experience required
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Banking experience is required
  • Logical/pragmatic thinking - putting documents together logically is preferred
  • Financial background: financial/accounting/ bookkeeping background is required
  • Ability to work independently
