Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Bilingual (FRENCH/ENGLISH) Business Signing Officers to work for our client, a leader in the finance industry. In this role you will be responsible to opening new commercial deposit accounts, processing account change requests for existing commercial accounts and obtaining and compiling required documentation. This role requires fluency in both French and English being able to read, write and communicate in both languages. This role requires the ability to type 60-65wpm and being a strong multi-tasker.   • Pay rate: $28.00/hour
  • Location: Markham, ON
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:30 am – 5:00 pm | hybrid opportunity 2-3 days onsite per week.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to at all times
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet individual and team driven benchmarks
  • Be conscientious and detail oriented in order to mitigate any risk to the bank
  • Ability to review and understand complex legal documents
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to provide quality customer service
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be resourceful and proactive in their approach to
  • Partner and Customer Problem Resolution
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work closely in a team environment
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
  • Ability to take ownership of a situation
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
  • Customer service experience considered an asset
  • Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Fast-paced, multitasking, work well under pressure
  • Bilingual (French/English) (read/write/communicate)
  • Computer Savvy - MS Suites Excel: basic understanding
  • Typing speed min 60-65 wpm
  • 2+ years previous admin work/ previous Ops officer work is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to follow Hybrid schedule (in office and work from home)
  • Knowledge of Host applications and C3 considered an asset
  • Basic understanding of AML Compliance would be an asset
  • Banking Experience/ Previous financial institution is an asset
  • High school required. post-secondary would be an asset.
