Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Professional

Adecco is currently hiring for Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Professionals to service one of the largest insurances and financial services companies globally. To be considered for the Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Professional role, you must have 3+ Years PC support (Desktop/LAN/WAN: Hardware/Software, Internet), previous experience supporting Business Applications or Portals for business clients, and previous experience in a customer service role. Pay will range from $23.69 - $25.37 per hour based on location. This is a 6-month contract position that is 100% remote.

Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Professional Responsibilities:

  • Assist advisors in resolving hardware and software related problems
  • Be pro-active in the Advisor’s experience when it comes to technology support
  • Troubleshoot to resolve technical incoming telephone and email inquiries
  • Support the Diamond View Suite, Advisor web portal (Repsource, Advisor Portal) and other proprietary or sponsored software
  • Documentation of procedures
  • Communication of technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Professional Qualifications:

  • I B.Sc. in Computing or Technical training required
  • Bilingual French / English
  • 3+ Years PC support (Desktop/LAN/WAN: Hardware/Software, Internet)
  • Previous experience supporting Business Applications or Portals for business clients
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and call center
  • Ability to work in a customer service, team-oriented environment, and independently
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills required
  • Knowledge and understanding of the distribution network and familiarity with Field Operations
  • Experience in a technically complex environment
