Adecco is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative. Our client is a well-known global courier service located in Brampton, ON. This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity for 3 months but can extend for the right candidate. You would be working in call centre environment helping customers over an online chat system. They are looking for an outgoing person with a high level of professionalism to add to their team. 

Main duties of a Customer Service Representative: 

•    Working on tracking system to track packages for Customers 

•    Relaying messages to Dispatch 

•    Solving customer issues & problem 

Qualities to excel as a Customer Service Representative:

•    High Energy 

•    Excellent on computers 

•    Positive attitude 

•    Willingness to learn 

•    Sense of urgency 

•    Bilingual in French and English

Shift: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm 

Location: Brampton (close to Finch and Steeles) 

Note: NO tolerance for absences for the first 3 months (No vacation/appointments/sick days) and NO cell phones at any time!!
