Adecco is hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Inbound Contact Centre Representative Job in Markham, ON. To qualify for this opportunity, you must be fully bilingual in French and English and be flexible to work 4PM to 12 AM Tuesday to Saturday or overnight shifts from Midnight to 7AM. The pay rate for this role is $19.52/ hour, afternoon shift: $20.62, overnight: $21.12

Bilingual (French/English) Inbound Contact Centre Representative Job Responsibilities:
• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Bilingual (French/English) Inbound Contact Centre Representative Job Qualifications:
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years customer service related experience required
• Bilingual French and English (read, write, written)
• Call Centre experience would be nice to have
