Adecco is currently hiring multiple Bilingual (French/English) Senior Customer Service Representatives in Halifax, NS. To be considered for this Bilingual (French/English) Senior Customer Service Representative role you must have minimum 2 years of previous call center experience, along with exceptional customer service skills. Our client is a leading insurance and professional services firm and within this role, you will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries, along with documenting the information shared and provided. This is a 2 month contract position, with a potential extension and has a pay rate for $19.20 per hour. This is a remote, work from home position and must be available to work in EST.

The Bilingual (French/English) Senior Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:

  • Responds to both standard and more difficult customer inquiries regarding products and services the company offers.
  • Answers, documents and monitors call center calls, emails and transactions.
  • Researches to respond to customer inquiries, and responds formally to correspondence, either verbally or in writing, utilizing all reference material necessary to provide an informed response to the customer.
  • Requests additional/missing information from the customer via letter or telephone call to answer customer inquiries.
  • Documents client issues and escalates issues to appropriate parties to resolve.
  • Provides written and verbal feedback to colleagues in a professional manner.
  • The Bilingual (French/English) Senior Customer Service Representative Qualifications Include:

  • Must have strong English & French (written and spoken) skills
  • Two years of working experience preferably in a customer service-oriented environment or call center
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills, be an analytical thinker, display a high attention to detail, have strong organization and customer service skills
  • Must have strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of emphases placed on accuracy
  • Must be a quick learner, a team player and display ongoing professionalism
