Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Funding Associate for a 6-month contract position with our client in Toronto, ON.
Key Responsibilities:

Document Review and Verification:
- Thoroughly review and verify all document information to ensure compliance with organizational funding policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
Issue Resolution:
- Proactively follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending or missing items for funding using both phone and email communication.
- Effectively communicate and resolve complex contract issues.
- Conduct research on monetary transactions related to booking, funding, and bonus incentives to guarantee accurate payment to dealers.
- Provide reporting to dealers for verification of funds.
Customer Service:
- Handle all incoming calls from dealer base, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Funding Analyst.
Funding Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the funding process in the automotive industry.
Numerical Proficiency: Excellent aptitude for numbers and calculations.
Education: High school diploma required.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
