Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for a 12-Month contract. Our client is a crown corporation, located in Ottawa, ON. The required resource must hold a valid reliability security clearance or be eligible for one. The opportunity will be remote until COVID solutions have been put in place.
The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing Human Resourcing testing results, and providing information to appropriate departments;
- Reviewing and manipulation of data as required by the department;
- Formatting and reporting on data in a professional context;
- Providing administrative support to colleagues during high pressure time periods;
- Communication between departments and with external parties
- Entering data and information to existing tools and reports
- Provide assistance with any documentation and inter-office communication
The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Must hold a at least a post-secondary degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- 1+ years of experience working with data manipulation and analysis;
- 1+ years of experience in human resource management tools;
- Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Excel;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HRIS (SAP)
- Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors)
