Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for a 2-Month contract. Our client is a crown corporation, located in Ottawa, ON. The required resource must hold a valid reliability security clearance or be eligible for one.
The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
•Create and develop reports based on data reports
•Reviewing and manipulation of data as required by the department
•Formatting and reporting on data in a professional context
•Providing administrative support to colleagues during high pressure time periods
•Communication between departments and with external parties
•Entering data and information to existing tools and reports
•Provide assistance with any documentation and inter-office communication
The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator must meet the following mandatory requirements:
•Must hold a at least a post-secondary degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
•Bilingualism in French and English
•2+ years of experience working with data manipulation and analysis
•2+ years of experience in generating reports
•Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Excel
•Strong communication skills and abilities to present information
•Strong Customer Facing abilities
Nice to Have:    
•Experience with HRIS (SAP)
•Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors)
