Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Information Logistics Support, Delivery Accommodation for a 2-year contract with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible to get one.

The Bilingual Information Logistics Support, Delivery Accommodation will have the following responsibilities:

  • Information Analyst, knowledge of data systems;
  • Tech Savvy; Spread sheets, data sets and all Microsoft office knowledge; outlook, Excel & Access
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, Comfortable with cross functional groups; external suppliers and communication skills must be clear and confident;
  • Filing ship inventory, admin, extremely professional approach;
  • Customer communication and interactions in both French and English, tracking customer call system knowledge, electronic tracking system for shipping lists;
  • Syncing data, multiple tasks at a time, must be excellent time manager;
  • CRM system usage;
  • Assessments, maintain daily logs that are manual.

The Bilingual Information Logistics Support, Delivery Accommodation must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • High school diploma;
  • Enrollment or completion in a relative post secondary (College/University) program would be an asset (business, information management, logistics);
  • Bilingual (French & English);
  • Strong communication skills (written, spoken, listening, etc.);
  • Experience managing the administrative requirements of a department, program or operation;
  • Experience managing supply chain and logistic activities, including inventory management and distribution;
  • Working with case management software and information systems;
  • Collecting, organizing and analyzing data (including working with data sets and building reports), and synchronizing data from multiple data sources;
  • Protecting information and adherence to strict records management protocols;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access);
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize workload with tight and often unpredictable and sometimes conflicting deadlines;
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems;
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
