Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Information Logistics Support for a 2-year contract with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible to get one.
The Bilingual Information Logistics Support will have the following responsibilities:
•    The administrative support of the department, 
•    Deployment of weekly shipments to offices across the country and the inventory management of all equipment. 
•    Responsible for communicating with offices across the country both verbally and in writing. 
•    This role will include weekly reporting that directly impacts the success of the program.
•    Manage incoming and outgoing requests for both Delivery Accommodation Request forms and Medical Certification forms
•    Assignment of all incoming requests 
•    Weekly extraction and manipulation of reports required to implement new DAG solutions
•    Weekly and daily deployment of new DAG solutions
•    Management of outgoing confirmation letters for all solutions put in place
•    Proactive inventory management of all necessary supplies to implement a DAG solution 
•    Weekly filing of all closed requests
The Bilingual Information Logistics Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:
•    High school diploma;
•    Enrollment or completion in a relative post-secondary (College/University) program would be an asset (business, information management, logistics);
•    Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French 
•    Proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Access and Word
•    Knowledge, experience and ability to work with data systems efficiently
•    Ability to analyze and validate information from various data sources
•    Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management Tools
•    Previous experience in SAP an asset 
•    Previous experience with parcel shipping programs 
•    Sound organizational, time management, analytical, judgement and decision-making skills with proven abilities in problem solving
•    Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Ability to multi task effectively
•    Ability to work within tight timelines
•    Ability to work independently and within a team environment
•    Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information 
•    Experience managing the administrative requirements of a department or program
