Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Legal Licensing Specialist for an American multinational technology company. To be considered for the Bilingual Legal Licensing Specialist role, you must be fully bilingual in French and English, and have contractor licensing experience for at least 5 years. This is 6-month contract, paying $33/hour, and will be based in Ottawa, Ontario.
The Bilingual Legal Licensing Specialist responsibilities include: 
- contract management & administration in support of the Government of Canada 4 contracts  
- management of the questions and orders flowing in and requiring orchestration to ensure the requests land with the correct people and are responded to quickly
- renewal support, amendment creation, driving customer calls with partners to explain renewal process, and driving post sales requests
- updating customer and partner versions with any additions/deletions in the contract defined process
- monthly price filing, matching last month's file to new file to ensure all pricing is correct, and submitting price file while handling any inquiries 
- checking new products for compliance, processing any escalations involved 
- cloud services adjustments/issues/provisioning
- documentation of the resolutions & FAQs; building new processes to assist in resolving these issues during pre-sales and contract signing
- identifying opportunities to reduce pre and post-sales issues
The Bilingual Legal Licensing Specialist requirements are: 
- bilingual in French and English
- customer-facing experience and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
- strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- technical understanding of cloud services would be an asset
- strong understanding of licensing and execution processes
- experience in reporting using Excel and/or Business Intelligence Applications
- ability to handle stressful and high-pressure situations/clients
