Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Mail Administrator for one of the largest insurance and financial services firms globally. The Bilingual Mail Administrator will be responsible to work in the client's Return Mail team. This is a 3-month contract role with possibilities of extension depending on performance, paying $16.51/hour, and will be based in Waterloo, Ontario.  
The Bilingual Mail Administrator responsibilities are: 
- handling all incoming return mail
- researching new addresses for customers
- communicating with customers and advisors via email and phone in English and French
The Bilingual Mail Administrator requirements are: 
- fluent in French and English
- strong multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills for a high volume, deadline driven environment
- solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other computer tools, with speed and accuracy
- solid understanding of Canadian addresses and address formats
- ability to cope effectively with fluctuating volumes
- effective and precise communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work well independently, as well as on a team
- accuracy, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a demonstrated ability to manage change
- ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (Some heavy lifting is required - up to 20lbs)
