Bilingual Mailroom Administrator

Adecco Professional has partnered with a large, international firm to find top talent for a Bilingual Mailroom Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON. This 3-4 month direct hire contract will require the hired individual to work Monday through Friday and 37.5 hours per week in shifts during the hours of 8am and 6pm with overtime opportunity paid out at time and a half.   • Maintain a constant distribution workflow of documents
  • Ensure accurate data and correct/follow up as required
  • Focus on speed and quality to ensure the workflow is seamless at all times and falls within service levels
  • Distribute all incoming mail and faxes to all relevant business units; this can include confidential and financial data
  • Scanning and image validation
  • Customer service with internal and external clients and business units
  • Preparing documents and other duties as assigned.

  • Successful completion of post-secondary education
  • Just 1 year of directly related experience; asset to those with experience in the financial/banking industry
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office, experience with scanning documents

  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment while keeping a focus on the attention to detail
  • You must be able to provide 2 strong business references and pass a credit and criminal background check
