Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Operations Administrator in Halifax, NS for out top Insurance company client. This is an amazing 1 year contract opportunity with a high chance of extension or the offer of a permanent position. It pays $20.50/hr.
Start Date: 11/04/2019
End Date: 10/30/2020
As a Bilingual Operations Administrator, you will report to the Associate Manager. The role is responsible for the complete set-up of all insurance application files and the establishment of all new claims against active SISIP life insurance plans. 

Bilingual Operations Administrator Responsibilities include: 
#Responding to incoming telephone and email inquiries in English and French
#Following up on necessary documentation, processing follow-up requests on active files, maintaining open files
#Referring complete applications to the Underwriter and Life Claims Assessor (as applicable) for review
#Following up on all necessary documentation, with the appropriate person(s) and/or entity(ies), as necessary.

Ideal candidate for this Bilingual Operations Administrator role:
#Bilingual in English and French
#Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-details
#Excellent communication and follow-up skills
#Motivated, independent and team-player
#Excellent Proficiency in MS Office and other software
