Bilingual Operations Officer

On behalf of our top Banking client in Canada, Adecco is currently hiring for an Operations Officer– Bilingual (ENG/FR) to work onsite in Markham, ON. To qualify for this Operations Officer – Bilingual role, you must be fluent in English and French and have previous banking experience. This is a 3- months contract position, paying $24/hr with a possibility of extension and conversion to permanent (based on performance).

Operations Officer – Bilingual (ENG/FR) Requirements:

  • Successful completion of high school or GED diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in a call center / helpdesk setting
  • Previous banking experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Tech savvy with above average navigational skills is needed
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to remain resilient under pressure
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication
