Adecco is hiring for Operations Support Specialist in Dorval, Quebec who can work in a hybrid work model (remote 2 days and in the office 3 days/ week) for our client in the healthcare industry.

To be eligible for this position, you must be Bilingual, both English & French should have excellent communication and organizational skills and work independently. This position is a 3-month full time position, with the possibility of an extension paying $26.00/hr.

Operations Support Specialist - Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end Purchase Order process – creation, follow up and payment
  • Support with posting goods receipt, and supply ordering
  • Meeting with teams for financial tracking, budget tracking
  • Submitting payment requests
  • Processing sponsorship requests
  • Experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracking of various activities, tiering list update, and also support as meeting admin
  • Operations Support Specialist - Main requirements

  • University and 3 years of relevant experience in sap, e-shop
  • Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills
  • Has a high prioritization mindset, ability to innovate new models or process
  • Proven track record of delivering data systems/technology solutions that had positive impact
  • Project Management Experience
  • Strong analytical approach, budget management skills
