Our client in Richmond Hill, ON is looking for a Bilingual Order Management professional to join their team on a fulltime basis. Must be fully bilingual English and French and be familiar with Oracle.


Bilingual Order Management Responsibilities:


-Validate and Manage all Retail, EDI, and e-Commerce customer orders for pricing, stock, and backorders as dictated by the weekly customer EDI schedule

-Enter information onto Customer Web Portals as required

-Handle all incoming calls, fax, e-mail inquiries, return requests, etc for the Retail customers. -----Enter into the system all customer contract pricing, new store set-ups, customer product cross-referencing, customer address book maintenance. As required

-Handle and process RGA’s, service/warranty policy requirements and inquiries, expediting rush orders, invoicing issues, entering special orders (direct to store)

-Determine, process and manage all purchase orders for inventory stock items and non-stock materials; marketing materials, office supplies, support materials


Bilingual Order Management Qualifications:

-Must be fully bilingual English and French

-2 years previous customer service/order management experience

-Experience with Oracle

-strong communication skills

-ability to work independently
