Adecco is currently hiring for Bilingual Payroll & Benefits Representative in Brampton. To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate must have 1-3 years’ experience in the field of Payroll /Benefits/ Compensation. It’s a permanent opportunity with the company and pays 45k to 50k depending on experience.  

Job Responsibility:
•    process all hourly, salary, and commissioned payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with legislative requirements for a full annual payroll cycle.
•    will be responsible for all aspects of total rewards which includes; health and wellness (benefits, tuition, fitness and company-wide communication) compensation planning, survey completion as well as research and analysis
•    Creates reports, Preparing ROE’s and other payroll records as required, in a timely manner. 
•    Assists in completion of the year end audit.
•     Respond to external agencies such as: CRA, Service Canada, Family Support, etc. Manual Cheque calculations. 
•    Monthly reconciliation and remittances to third parties
•    Assist in administration of total rewards and compensation packages including running reports, salary and wage comparisons.
•     Assist in coordination of the annual compensation and bonus cycle including the annual survey submissions, market review, and dealing with complex compensation issues.
•    Enroll new associates in extended health program. 
•    Manage and update current associates in the program including updates/changes to; beneficiaries, dependents, RRSP contributions, etc. Respond to associates benefit inquires. Review and audit monthly statements, tuition and fitness submissions.
•    This position requires completion of post-secondary education (2 year commercial or 4-year university), in Human Resources /Compensation / Accounting or related field with 1-3 years’ experience in the field of Payroll /Benefits/ Compensation.\
•    The Ideal candidate needs to be Bilingual (both English and French)
•    The role requires attention to detail and high degree of accuracy, maintaining the highest level of confidential customer service to all associates and managers.
•    Provides advice and customer service to all levels of Associates, Management and third-party vendors. Works to resolve problems, often requires research with multiple parties to gather appropriate information and performing analysis before determining best course of action.
