Adecco is currently searching for a Bilingual Policy Analyst for a 12-Month contract with possibility of extension/permeance, with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.

The Bilingual Policy Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
-Work closely with the dynamic HR policy team to establish and analyze national information;
-Assist with the creation and development of policy documentation;
-Provide detailed reports and breakdowns of information gathered through Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools;
-Work directly with the project manager to support and provide information towards detail reports;
-Work collaboratively with internal departments on a national level;
-Work independently and be able to meet key deliverable targets.

The Bilingual Policy Analyst must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
-1-2 years of experience working in policy analysis roles;
-Fluently bilingual in both French and English;
-Strong skillset with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Collaboration, communication and listening skills
-Ability to work in a strong team environment
