Our client, within the financial industry has partnered with Adecco Professional to recruit for a team of Bilingual Processing Clerks to join their busy, committed, established and hardworking team during and influx in the business. This back-office position is a 6 month contract opportunity and is best suited for someone looking to expand their experience in the financial industry. Please note this is a full-time contract role that will require you to work from home AND work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm EST. Please note that you must be able to work shifts that fall in the EST time zone despite where you reside.

 

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the remote Bilingual Processing Clerk job openings in Canada include, but are not limited to;

 

  • Detailed and accurate processing of mutual funds account activity including trade processing
  • Communications with both internal and external clients to gather missing or unclear information
  • Provide timely processing of all actions and ensuring deadlines and accuracy met at all times
  • Ensure the transactions are completed start to finish and feeling ownership to this
  • Provide back up support to team members, flexible attitude is a must.
  •  

    The qualifications for the remote Bilingual Processing Clerk job openings anywhere in Canada include;

     

  • At least 6 months experience in the financial industry in a back-office operations, data entry / data processing or administrative capacity OR closely related experience from the corporate world
  • Completed post-secondary education is required (Degree or Diploma); open to recent graduates with some related experience (co-op, intern, summer jobs etc)
  • Excellent communication skills; written and spoken in both French and English - bilingualism is required and will be assessed
  • A keen eye for detail, strong multi-tasking skills and able to thrive in a time sensitive environment
  • Must possess a keen, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude for learning
  • Fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry abilities (will be assessed)
  • Strong technical abilities to work in a virtual setting; this includes strong typing/reporting skills and ability to learn new systems with ease
