Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Receptionist / Inside Sales for a permanent opportunity; for our Client located in Gloucester, ON. Our client is considered one of the best rated commercial cleaning franchises in Canada.

The Bilingual Receptionist / Inside Sales will have the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for the company products and services;
  • Responding to phone, email, mail and in-person inquiries in a timely manner – referring inquiries to appropriate sources or individuals;
  • Providing excellent customer service;
  • Generate orders and forward orders to the company for further follow up;
  • Qualify a new list of high potential prospect list for the company with existing and new leads
  • Keep accurate records and reports for prospect and sales;
  • Offer customers new services;
  • Renew maintenance contracts.

The Bilingual Receptionist / Inside Sales must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or college diploma;
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service and sales and progressive office administrative experience;
  • Must be fluently bilingual in both Canadian official languages (English-French);
  • Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills in both official languages, with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve ambitious goals;
  • Excellent communications skills, combining efficiency and persuasion skills;
  • Experience in clean management is considered as an asset.
