Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time experienced Bilingual Receptionist (Mandarin/ English) to work for Porsche in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

  • Pay Rate: 18.00/hour

  • Location: North York, ON

  • Shift: 8 hours

  • Must be available to work within dealership hours - 

  • Monday to Thursday – 7:30AM to 8:00 PM

  • Friday – 7:30AM -6:00 PM

  • Saturday – 7:30AM – 5:00PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Welcome Porsche customers in a pleasant and professional manner and address their needs

  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner, greeting and directing them accordingly

  • Provide accurate information to Porsche customers and visitors

  • Act as a liaison between the Porsche Customer and Staff

  • Complying with Porsche Customer Service standards

  • Managing payments and deposits and prepare appropriate receipts/invoices

  • Ensure the waiting area is always neat and presentable

  • Achieving assigned targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Proficient in Mandarin is a requirement

  • Business and/or technical education at a university/college

  • Experience in dealing with customer (preferable in a premium brand)

  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment an asset

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant an asset

  • Working knowledge of standard computer applications (i.e. MS Office) & Outlook

  • Reception: 2 years (preferred)

  • Automotive Dealership: 2 years (preferred)

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
