Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Receptionist for a 3-Month contract with one of our private clients located in Ottawa, ON. 
The Bilingual Receptionist will have the following responsibilities: 
- Completing report and data entry requirements for accurate record keeping of transactions and client needs;
- Responsible for standard reception duties;
- Ensuring high standard of excellent service and professionalism to all stakeholders;
- Handling and responding to incoming email/phone inquiries for customer service;
- Handling customer complaints with active listening and prompt follow up for solutions to problem solving;
- Providing technical support for mobile and online products;
- Making general accounting research;
- Assisting the finance team with invoice requirements;
- Building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Additional tasks decided by the manager.
The Bilingual Receptionist must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
- Completion of high school degree or equivalent education diploma;
- Minimum 1-year experiences with customer service or sales (call-center, retail, hospitality or other related industries).
- Must be fluent in both Canadian languages (French and English);
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills; 
- Ability multitasking and working under no supervision;
- Ability to listen, understand, assist and resolve issues from customers;
- Ability promoting services and products to all customers;
- Ability to prioritize according to the volume of work;
- Exceptional organizational Skills.
