The successful candidate will be partnering with our client’s business partners and hiring managers to source, identify, assess, interview and advise on top quality candidates. We will be looking for your inner passion - to join our team of innovative internal experts who plan and execute our client’s recruitment practices to contribute directly to our client’s organization’s performance and growth.

  • A bilingual recruitment specialist with experience in hiring health professionals and high-volume recruitment.
  • Autonomy and focus to work efficiently in a remote setting with a rotative team
  • A versatile professional with a long-term ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment   
  • Wiling to work on weekends

  • In this role you will:

  • Work remotely to support various projects, including Long Term Care facilities’ support and Epidemic Prevention and Control.
  • Work closely with Client Groups as part of Talent Acquisition team
  • Proactively develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain a talent pool
  • Schedule and perform phone interviews, shortlist candidates, manage debriefs discussions and offer processes
  • Participate in special projects continuously provide process improvement efforts
