Bilingual Recruiter

We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts for internal colleague positions within our organization. Familiarity with recruiting needs within the staffing industry in addition to a successful track record in recruitment and the ability to network and source qualified bilingual candidates across Canada are a must for success in this role.

 

 


This job is remote and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada.

 

 


Our ideal candidate is an energetic self starter who is able to think outside of the box when it comes to recruitment strategies and practices. They will have a sense of urgency and a desire to impact Adecco's success through the candidates they attract and hire. Previous experience with strategic job posting development, digital sourcing techniques and knowledge of the Canadian geography and current market conditions are key.

Bilingual Recruiter Functions:



Directly recruits for and facilitates all aspects of the recruitment process for internal positions including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, testing and reference checking

Prepares short-lists, analyzes interview results and prepares professional interview summaries for hiring managers

Proactively maintains a database of qualified applicants and other qualified resources through headhunting, social media and other networking activities; ensuring Adecco is promoted as a great place to work

Forms strategic partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions in order to increase Adecco's attract ability within communities in which we operate

Works with the Marketing department to develop effective job postings and social media campaigns

Remains current on labour market trends in the geographical regions in which we operate and adjusts recruitment strategies to ensure we are competitive





Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:



Minimum of three years experience in a recruitment roleA superior level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligenceSuperior technological capability including internet sourcing, applicant tracking systems and PC Software packagesBilingual (French/English) required
