Some of the responsibilities for the Bilingual Recruiter job opening in Ontario or Quebec may include, but are not limited to:
Consulting and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and educate them on market trends; this can include assisting with job descriptions and expectations
Creating and managing the job postings utilizing various resources and networks; this includes continuous networking to build partnerships with recruiting sources and building pipelines of talent
Work with recruitment partners/agencies on recruits when required; update Workday with posting details and pertinent information
Target recruiting to uncover passive talent who may be ready for their next opportunity
Full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting/scheduling meetings with hiring managers – mixture of roles as well as contract and permanent recruitment
Administer and evaluate assessments where required and work closely with the HR team to ensure references/background screenings are sent and followed up on; this also include putting together formal offers and presenting verbally and in writing (at times in collaboration with the hiring managers
Contribute to the HR team by supporting and creating new initiatives, updates, idea sharing, collaboration, back up and more.
The qualifications for the successful hire of the Bilingual Recruiter job opening in Ontario or Quebec include but are not limited to:
Open from 2 year to 4 or more years related experience in a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role; open to agency or in-house recruitment experience
Completed post-secondary education is required
Exceptional English and French communication skills; both oral and written and this will be assessed
Clear knowledge of employment and related legislation in Canada
Strong technical skills in MS Office alongside CRM and/or ATS system experience and recruiting source expertise
High level interpersonal skills; someone who take pride in ability to recruit top talent and who is motivated on results
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting with various deadlines
Self-driven and a team player; creative and outgoing
Full vaccination is required and the ability to clear background checks
