Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French) Recruitment Advisor in Toronto, ON. To be considered for this Bilingual (French) Recruitment Advisor role you must have a minimum 2 years of experience working in a recruitment agency or corporate environment, along with experience running an end to end recruitment process. Our client is a leading professional services and financial advisory firm and within this role, you will be responsible for sourcing audit professionals across Quebec and Quebec Regions. This is a 6 month contract position with a potential for extension and has a pay rate of $30.00 per hour. This role be working remote.
The Bilingual (French) Recruitment Advisor Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for running an end to end recruitment process focused on hiring talent for our Audit and Tax practices.
Working with internal hiring managers to understand business needs and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Leverage your sourcing skills to attract active and passive candidates while having access to tools to help you run an efficient interview process
Will have a high volume of requisitions (20+) and will be sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn
The Bilingual (French) Recruitment Advisor Qualifications Include:
A minimum 2 years combined experience working in a contingency/retained search environment coupled with corporate experience
Bilingual - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Superior client management skills, able to effectively & persuasively present information
Demonstrated ability to build deep-rooted relationships with key stakeholders and delivering against agreed upon Service Level Agreements
Experience hiring Audit and Tax professionals is a bonus
