Bilingual Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

Adecco is currently looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role you will find the best candidates for designated account open orders while supporting financial goals and ensuring that legal compliance is maintained.

The ideal candidate would have experience in recruiting logistics related and/or light industrial roles.

This role is remote, and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada.

To work in our fast-paced organization, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both official languages. You will be organized; deadline driven and have proven consistently high levels of customer service performance along with 1-2 years of recruitment experience.

 Functions of the Bilingual Recruitment Consultant include:

  • Receives and reviews orders from designated clients via a vendor management tool ensuring a solid understanding of requirements and liaises with the sourcing team to obtain a short list of qualified candidates.
  • Submits qualified candidates in vendor supplier application/tool for the client’s review and approval against open orders.
  • Informs candidates of Adecco’s policies/procedures, confirms that all paperwork, references, testing, required background screenings and all onboarding client specific paperwork, are complete and properly maintained and updated in the database.
  • Maintains close contact with all working associates, keeping in touch throughout assignments, point of contact for any questions, providing coaching and counseling when required.
  • Recognizes and provides recommendations for resolving any issues that may impact recruitment and/or order fulfillment.  On-going strategizing with team and manager for any improvements with regards to order fulfillment, processes, and compliance.
  • Ensures that data and documentation are current, accurate and compliant as they relate to Adecco’s systems, the vendor supplier applications/tools, and the client contracts and service level agreements while meeting required timelines and quality.
  • Provides follow-up with clients as required to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.
  • Maximizes Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.
  • Bilingual Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • One to two (1-2) years recruitment experience
  • Working knowledge of labour and employment laws and general human resources practices is an asset
  • Tech savvy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and e-mail applications, vendor management tools and applications and applicant tracking systems
