Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator - Remote

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our Central Delivery team. With a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience, you will complete prescreening activities for candidates sourced by the Strategic Sourcing team to determine if they meet the minimum requirements to join the Talent Pool, or to be submitted to an active customer order. You will interact with candidates to complete the prescreening process, overseeing any applicable testing or assessments, and extend conditional offers to join he Talent Pool.

To work in our fast-paced organization, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English. You will be organized, deadline driven and have proven consistently high levels of customer service performance along with a minimum of 1 year related experience in a service-oriented environment.

Functions of the Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator include:

Communicates and coordinates with candidates to complete the pre-screening processes and activities to confirm their eligibility to be added to the Talent Pool or to be put forward for an active customer order.

Facilitates the completion of applicable pre-screening and testing and updates the candidate’s profile in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect the activities completed as well as the results/skills.

Extends conditional offers and attaches candidates to orders in the ATS, if applicable.

Oversees the handoff to the Onboarding and Placement team, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for the candidate.

Assists with scheduling paperwork sessions with the field when required.

Maximizes Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.

Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Bilingual (French/English) is required.
One (1) year related experience in a service-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of recruitment processes.
Knowledge of labour and employment laws and general HR practices an asset.
Tech savvy including proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
