Adecco is currently hiring full-time Bilingual Remote Customer Loyalty Associates to work for a reputable contact center, from anywhere within Ontario. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is the job for you!

  • Pay rate: $22 / hour
  • Location: Remote (Must work Atlantic Standard Time hours)
  • Job type: Full-time; Temporary
  • Shifts: Rotational; Monday-Sunday; 8 AM and12:30 AM; 40 hours /week

    • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls from customers
  • Communicating with customers through an online chatbot
  • Assisting customers with all aspects of their loyalty programs including balance inquiries, navigation help, and account troubleshooting via calls and emails
  • Educating customers about the benefits of program membership
  • Being an enthusiastic ambassador for brands you represent
  • Performing other duties as assigned

    • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a high-touch customer service role is considered an asset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills fluently in both French and English
  • Proven ability to multitask and work across a variety of platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to parse and simplify complex information
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Should be able to work Atlantic Standard Time (AST) hours.
  • Must be available to work full-time rotational 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am-12:30 am (AST) Monday through Sunday. This means your schedule will include nights and weekends
  • Must have a hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi), with a minimum 30mbps download speed, and minimum 10mbps upload speed
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
