Adecco is hiring full time temporary Bilingual Candidate Screener/Recruiter for our Brampton location. To be considered for this position you need to be bilingual in French and English. We are looking for previous customer service or preferred Recruitment experience. You will be responsible for phone interviews and based on that you will be making decision to put forward candidates to the 2nd interview and hiring stage.
Office location: Queen and Rutherford street
General responsibilities
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Verify applicants language proficiency in both French and English
- Communicate job requirements of the position
- Making decision for potential hires
- Must be Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must have Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills required
- Preferred previous recruitment background
- Able to be on phone all day long
