Our client in Markham, ON is looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/French) to join their team on a permanent fulltime basis. The IT Support Specialist is primarily responsible for the coordination of the IT Help Desk for the Company.

Bilingual Service Desk Analyst Responsibilites:

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

Setup and troubleshoot PC and Laptop computers.
Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices including iPhones and Androids.
Setup and troubleshoot telephony systems (softphone, IVR).
Support end users by researching solutions, proactively identifying issues, guiding users through corrective procedures.
Maintain User Accounts and Security Groups, Policies (Office 365, Active Directory, AirWatch MDM).
Familiar with IT Service Management platforms for end user incidents and service request tickets.
Support and rollout of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Skype.

Bilingual Service Desk Analyst Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an IT support environment;
A Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems or equivalent;
Attention to detail
Excellent understanding of IT best practices
Bilingual - English/French
