Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Service Desk Representative(English & French) in London, ON. To qualify for the Bilingual Service Desk Representative role, you must have a good command of both French and English, above average computing and navigational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, open to work
 flexible hours and be customer focused.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and the ability to work independently and manage one's time. This is a 1-year contract position with a pay rate of $18.85+ per hour.
Bilingual Service Desk Representative Responsibilities: 
• Utilizing the standard trained protocol to respond to a variety of customer calls and emails for all applications, platforms and software
• Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing 
• Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers 
• Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages 
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback 
• Build ongoing support proficiency for other skills and applications
Bilingual Service Desk Representative Qualifications / Skills / Experience: 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
• Above average computing and navigational skills 
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams 
• University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint) 
• Passion for technology
