Bilingual Service Officer


Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Service Officer to work remote until office opens for our client located in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for the Bilingual Service Officer role, you must previous banking experience and previous experience using Microsoft Office.

This is a 6-months full time contract position, paying $19.84/hr, with the possibility of extension and conversion.

Bilingual (French/English) Service Officer Responsibilities:

  • Review multiple screens
  • Confirm that information received from customers or the phone channel is correct
  • Communicate with branches through email
  • Review and update information
  • There will be cross training so candidates should be agile
  • Will be receiving information and candidate will be responsible for processing it
  • Bilingual (French/English) Service Officer Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual (English / French) in both verbal and written
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change and a quick learner
  • Have strong skills in MS office (whole suite)
  • Previous banking experience is an asset
