We are currently looking for a Bilingual Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Central Delivery team. With a focus on sourcing candidates that meet current and future customer requirements, you will coordinate and publish incoming sourcing orders and leverage market data to anticipate sourcing needs across the field organization. You will monitor associates reaching the end of assignment to coordinate redeployment efforts.

To work in our fast-paced organization, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English. You will be organized, deadline driven and have proven consistently high levels of customer service performance along with a minimum of one (1) year related experience in a service-oriented environment.

Functions of the Bilingual Talent Sourcing Specialist include:

Manages the incoming sourcing orders from the field and publishes orders in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


Logs essential order criteria in ATS for current and future sourcing needs.


Validates customer requirements against market data to identify potential sources for new candidate acquisition.


Evaluates historical sourcing demand and predictive analytics tools to anticipate needs across business units and customer industries. Collaborates with field colleagues to review and validate data.


Collaborates with marketing team to augment job postings and attract qualified candidates.


Identifies associates up for redeployment and updates their status appropriately in the ATS.


Creates and reviews prescreening campaign templates, making updates when required.


Maximizes Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.

Bilingual Talent Sourcing Specialist Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Bilingual (French/English) is required.
Minimum of one (1) year related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of job boards and recruitment processes.
Knowledge of Boolean search logic.
Working knowledge of data and analytics tools.
Tech savvy including proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
