Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for cloud-based solutions

  • Troubleshoot complex issues

  • Analyze device data

  • Investigate network and connectivity problems

  • Manage customer requests and ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

  • Process RMA requests accurately

  • Assist with product technical information and improvements

  • Ensure customer data privacy

  • Configure life-saving devices

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Fully bilingual in English and French

  • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field

  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Familiarity with case management systems and analytics tools

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.

  • Flexibility and open availability to support 24/7 business needs.
