Adecco is currently hiring for Bilingual Technical Support (French and English) in London, ON. A single point of contact for technical support and general queries (using ticket system) for. To qualify for the Technical Support role, you must have strong communication and coordination skills, attention to details and self-motivated.

We are looking for individuals who capable of interacting at all levels, able to handle and resolve complaints and great communication skills. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1-year contract position with a pay rate of $17.50 + per hour.


Bilingual Technical Support Responsibilities:

  • Working in collaboration with support teams, the business relies on Service Desk employees’ vast expertise of technical.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and 85% first call problem resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries
  • Provide first level technical support
  • Respond to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails
  • Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
  • Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
  • Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
  • Build ongoing support proficiency for other skills and applications


Bilingual Technical Support Qualifications:

  • Bilingual French and English
  • Above average computing and navigational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems is an asset
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
  • University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)
  • A technical support background or related education
